Floyd's Style
 

Floyd's apartment-like dormitories are designed to make our guests feel at home. Most apartments have two bedrooms with a common kitchen, living room and bathroom(s). Each bedroom is air-conditioned. Kitchens come furnished with a stove, microwave and with pots, pans and utensils.

Demand for semi-private rooms is high, they are available on a first come first serve basis. If you are interested in booking a semi-private room be sure to reserve in advance!

 

 

Reservations, Deposits & Refunds

 

When reserving a bed or paying for a bed more than one day, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cost of your stay. For a reservation for one night we ask for the full 25.00 Once a bed has been paid for in full, that payment is non-refundable.

 

We ask for a $10.00 refundable deposit  for your linens. Your deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
